A style transcending rock band out of central Arkansas.  Wunderpus was created by power vocalist Amie Bishop, out of Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Their original music sounds like Dokken, Black Sabbath, King’s X, A Perfect Circle with a bit of Foo Fighters with some Debbie Harry and Pat Benatar.

  Registered with BMI, Wunderpus is a published songwriting group.  They are currently waterfall releasing their first album, “Abreaction” to be completed February 8, 2024.

Amie has multiple sync placements in film, television, social media, gaming and youtube.  Her past stems from musical theatre, film, television, dance, gymnastics, professional cheerleading to the United States Air Force, now veteran.  Amie quit registered nursing 3 years ago to pursue music full-time.  Barracuda music video has been awarded a spot on “Cover Nation’s” Youtube Channel(operated by Warner Music Group).  Featured May 2023 on Pandora’s AMP “Fresh Cuts” Playlist.

Wunderpus original works are rooted in self-awareness & awakening of your true self. Focusing on relationships throughout various struggles and growth stages of life. Writing in a cerebral sense becoming more aware of the present situation to move into a knowing rather than in a state of denial or fear.

The band is releasing their first EP together.
